Mac Help Mate
This program allows us, with your permission each time, to conncet to your computer via the Internet. Once we connect we can then view, control and hopefully fix the trouble you are having. All without having to get in the car and drive out to see you (not that we don't want to see you). It's green, easy and great for tutoring if you live somewhere other than the Hamptons. This is great for City clients and our clients that head south during the all too cold winter.
Obviously if the internet isn't working this solution won't work. ;)
